Asian chicken salad. Someone at work is having a lunchtime Tupperware party (or some kind of "ware" party) and offered me some salad. So glad I said yes because this is delicious.

I made a spring salad with lemon/olive oil dressing, thyme, and tuna. So good.

Am eating at my desk while I listen to the news.

Homemade chili, huge very low carb whole wheat tortilla tore into pieces with butter to dunk them in, seven grape tomatoes and for dessert an Outshine no added sugar low carb fruit juice bar. It wouldn't be a low carb meal for someone following a very strict low carb diet, but with the new food plan I'm on it works for me.

Green spring salad with coutons, a couple sliced radishes, a chopped boiled egg with a lemon/oil dressing. Delicious.

I forgot to bring my cucumber. Hoping I didn't leave it on the counter top because the ants would have a block party.
