Sitting in a chair relaxing outside after work watching my pups eat their dinner and play ... it was grand outside a little while ago ... then darkness came, it started getting a little too cool for a tshirt ... they were ready to come in anyway, wanted their after dinner cookie(Alpo Snaps)

Cleaning and organizing my house.
Exercise- best is a good long bike ride.
Dancing- Grateful Dead shows with my girl gang.
Slumber parties with my girl gang.
Getting up early for alone time before everything starts up.
Talking to my spouse.

This morning..
Sitting on the balcony, wearing my nightgown, feeling the cooler temps (I'm in Texas, this is rare) on my skin, listening to the rain, and drinking coffee in my favorite pink mug.

Great way to start my day, especially a day off. (Oh, and I can hear the train whistle coming thru town)

I woke and it was dark, it's getting lighter, which means this band of thunderstorms is coming to and end.

Well, right now, after a rain, just standing in the doorway of my Hermit shack by the beach, looking at the peaceful lagoon, smelling the fresh Spring air, seeing the pretty flowers and new leaves on the trees and grass growing is therapeutic.. Still too cold to swim, but I like going beach-combing. Sometimes, just sharpening my tools and knives is therapeutic, or going to the flea-market and buying an old chair or table to strip is therapeutic. Sometimes just watching some old Disney cartoon can be therapeutic for me.
