Now I'm even more confused than ever! If the person is brain dead, what form of communication was used to indicate an orgasm was achieved to the medical community???

I can see a male having an orgasm as it is almost entirely a function of the penis, scrotum, and prostate to produce semen, but female orgasms aren't merely a physiological reaction like the male.

Electrodes and scans and connecting bits and pieces, I'd assume. Different parts of the brain light up during orgasm versus anger versus happiness, whether one is aware of it or not.
