I have learned very early on not to have agendas for during the work week because they can change very rapidly. like today....
Had an early morning meeting that ended up in more meetings being scheduled on Friday... yeah... so... so far.. agenda: Wake up breathe remain calm remember to take mental health breaks for the day. carry on
