Multigrain bread toasted then topped with avocado and thin slices of cucumber and tomatoes which were sprinkled with a mix of dried herbs, sea salt and a little bit of apple cider vinegar.

A couple of mochi balls (not the ice cream kind) and matcha tea milk drink. The balls I had* (he hee hee) were matcha tea filled with red bean paste.

Mochi (Japanese: 餅, もち) is Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice, and sometimes other ingredients such as water, sugar, and cornstarch. The rice is pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape. In Japan it is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki.

I had packed a lunch of quinoa, diced chicken, cucumbers, celery, dill and cilantro (from my garden).

However, that will now be dinner because I got spoiled with my Daddy bringing me an "unwich"- lettuce wrap instead of bread- turkey/provolone/avocado/cucumber . Super yum!
