Happy Sunday!
It's been a Rolling Stones music marathon while I have been in the kitchen. Chopping away at things that need to be used. I have also been chatting it up with numerous phone calls. I checked..I still have all my fingers! Sugar free lemon pudding..mouth watering already for that. Cherry sugar free jello with cottage added. Sliced cucumbers for spicy refrigerator pickles. Salsa with cottage cheese..new discovery, its delish. Almost macaroni free salad, more chopped veggies and hard boiled eggs than macaroni. Finished up the coleslaw mix..added poppyseed dressing. So I've used up all the cilantro, celery, carrot, onion, jalapeno and red pepper. Playing with an idea of creamy cilantro chicken for dinner. It is now afternoon. Gonna thread the sewing machine. Some projects there are a'brewing. Enjoy your day. #staysafe Movie time!!

I was awake about the same time the sun came up. On purpose.
I'm not happy about that but I am happy with the work I had to do then. It turned out nicely. |

Up early again, on purpose. I liked greeting the sun! It's a lovely, dry and sunny day. Windy though.
I got some work done and then declared it BRUNCH TIME. I haven't had an official brunch in quite a while. I had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, meatless Italian sausage crumbles, mini cinnamon rolls and big flaky biscuits with orange and Sauvignon preserves and oj to drink. I finished up my season of Zumbo's Just Desserts, the person I wanted to win did so and now I can tootle online for a bit before getting back to chores. Lovely day. Happy Mama's Day, mothers!

Everything has been fairly easy . . .
I've stayed in bed all morning - and it's what I will do all day. I have a cooler packed with goodies next to my bed. I have a sweet kitty perched on the bed with me. I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy this morning, and I have a whole new season to binge on Netflix. Have a great week, everybody!
