One blueberry bagel with cinnamon and brown sugar cream cheese, a small banana, a big handful of giant blueberries and a big glass of oj. A tablespoon of peanut butter on the banana gave me a bump of protein.

i've been under the weather the last few days but she has been careful & kind..i had such a good breakfast this morning..
coconut yogurt 1/2 sliced banana blueberries w a (homemade) puffed grains granola (perhaps she'll share her recipe)it's good to be home..but to be honest i will miss her company...the spiders are weaving their webs..fall is coming

After blood labs this morning, before I drove to another medical appt, i stopped by Safeway's Deli Cafe and bought a freshly made breakfast sandwich, made on boccia bread, which was primarily fresh veggies and cheese melted together, in an oven. It was delish. Very satisfying.
