Absolutely! Not exactly a crush, but...

When I was first figuring out this whole butch femme thing and was massively mega confused and conflicted about all kinds of stuff...I went one morning to a coffee house/cafe here...lesbian-owned and yummy food.

I was sitting there with my french press of coffee...feeling on the border (frankly) of massive depression...knowing I wasn't straight and didn't want men, feeling invisible to women...argh.

Sitting alone in my booth, staring at blueberry pancakes...hear the front door open. In walk two butches, talking...heading for breakfast...the second is tall, 50ish, chestnut brown hair with a little grey and beautiful blue eyes....looks at me, smiles, winks and says "good morning beautiful."

Oh yeah....I know those moments

Always knew i wanted to be with women, but couldn't figure out how to find others like me..... came from military family so to ME, "masculine" women were ex-military and straight...... (laughin' at myself now!!) Friend pointed out several to me, NOW i know ..... lol

My real-time crush is on a married woman here in this teeny tiny rural town. She is a former nun, married to a former priest. Another brilliant, hilarious, glasses wearing woman with a deep spiritual vein.

back in the late 90s early 2000s there was this lil drag queen--looked like reba mcentire,sang her songs....i would just gush over her(and empty my wallet) every thursday nite at the gay bar

nowadays--myUPS woman...vey sporty femme in uniform then comes in here after work in her twirly skirt(thats what i call it anyway) ordering pizza for her hubby and kids...always smiling at me

in our company...the HR woman...i sit there and just grin like a fool when she is talking
