I dislike renting but not as much as I hate property management. So my fantasy apartment is I own something like this free and clear and then sell it for a substantial profit.
 US sells Hong Kong consulate apartments at big discount: $7K psf Developer pays $332 million for 26-unit complex (My neighbors are being noisy, rude and inconsiderate again. Kids. I am so glad mine are all grown.) |
