- make some phone calls - pack for visit to Sleep Lab tonight - try not to nap - straighten out my Flex Spending account - think of some other things to do so I won't be tempted to nap - fix dinner and eat - go to lab, where I will be covered in electrodes and won't be allowed to sleep for more than 10 minutes at a time Tomorrow morning: - wake up at Sleep Lab, have electrodes removed, and shower off all the electrode contact gel goo - drive home and sleep all day
