Today in my lunch, I will enjoy..
Salmon spinach salad with avacado Cottage cheese with sliced strawberries Orange cream Bubly sparkling water. Maybe chocolate will be calling my name, after the morning I've had. But I know, boss butch will be coming into the store with my step child. The tripod!! That will definitely turn my day around😎

two hard boiled eggs
Cheese wrapped in salami Handful of blue berries. Oh and someone just handed me a handful of plantains! Yummy, but carbs..boo Nice treat though!

two hard boiled eggs made into deviled egg salad. chai and vanilla tea over ice
No carbs! How is that working, you ask... It's been 2 weeks and almost 10 pounds gone. Yesterday there was brunch with boss butch and I gave her my two pancakes. She said, your doing good! Prize to myself..5 more pounds, new pants 👖 👖.
