One homemade, from scratch, pancake (made with almond & coconut flour and a skitch of sea salt, a titch of baking soda, and non-fat cashew milk, and a few pecans and raspberries).
Two eggs over easy (with organic chopped rosemary) and a cup of extra blonde coffee (desert sunrise roasted coffee beans, no creamer or sugar). Lots of water after breakfast
