I bought myself an early Christmas gift of a Ninja "Foodi Combi Cooker". It's one oven, where you put your proteins on top and your veggies/rice/noodles in a pan on the bottom level. Everything cooks at once! So tonight is baked chicken with Spanish rice and corn.

Last night I stopped for take out from Outback. I had a bowl of chili, no beans, made with steak. And a blue cheese wedge salad. The salad also came with a tangy balsamic dressing. Mmmm, quite the pairing.
Tonight, I'm doing a quick chili with some left overs. It's the perfect weather!

I finished my house sitting gig. So to say thanks she took me to dinner. Outback.
We shared, a bloomin onion, a blue cheese wedge salad, loaded baked potato and a cup of chili. We put the chili on top of the potato. I have left overs!! Oh, and then we went back to her house to watch 🏈
