I just got through making brunch for myself. It’s very tasty. I pan seared some spicy Italian sausage, then added sliced cremini mushrooms, sliced organic carrots, tiny cloves of garlic, then added baby spinach leaves to steam them and release valuable nutrients. Half of an avocado to spread on a slice of pan toasted veggie bread. Clean spring water to drink.

Organizing my kitchen and being harassed by one of my cats. They had a lazy morning lounging on the couch and getting high on some new treats. Now one is sleeping it off and the other is purring and trying to get alllll of my attention.
