Are you looking for a great radio station that is supported by like minded members of your community? I listen to a couple of great radio stations: 1) KMHD jazz in my hometown area: KMHD (https://www.kmhd.org/)
And I came across another radio station out on the east coast in Connecticut WPKN (https://wpkn.org) KMHD is a listener supported Jazz station that plays jazz by many many recording artists and often the live radio announcer gives you the back story and/or historical information concerning any number of Jazz artists. WKPN out of Connecticut runs a very different type of radio station program which operates a lot like an NPR radio program: every hour is something different and includes pod cast guests, current daily news items and also this station features special news casts from Democracy Now. Both radio stations will stream from your computer or laptop or you phone. Feel free to check out both radio stations. I enjoy both and I also support both radio stations in their missions to defy algorithms. They also support current cultural standards that uplifts all people of race or creed. Both radio stations feel progressive and supportive of kindness rather than cruelty. Enjoy
