Happy Happy Birthday sweet Pixie
         **I go around the room, starting with hanging up a multi-colored "Happy Birthday" banner. Then I put up streamers (purple/blue/pink) on the walls and blow up balloons to play with throwing them all around. I set up a table and leave the birthday girl many little gifts for her special day: coloring books, pencils/crayons, scented markers, oil paints, watercolor pencils, drawing pencils, blank and construction paper of various colors, drawing pads, paints of all colors, an easel complete with paint brushes and a canvas for painting, confetti and bottles of glitter (just for you to get into trouble with heh), stickers and sticker books, a brand new teddy bear (white with blue and purple spots on it), sidewalk chalk for coloring on the sidewalks, beads of various colors to make things with, ribbon of many colors and sizes/patterns and a basket filled with little chocolates and candies. Another table is set up with a light purple tablecover with a nice three-tiered white cake with blue and purple decorations on it which in purple icing says "Happy Birthday Pixie". Plates, cutlery and napkins are set out along with a knife for cutting (completely safe for girl hands but covered up so no one gets hurt). Plastic cups are out along the back of the table with different drinks (like juices and chocolate milk). A pretty pink jewelled tiara with "Pixie" in purple jewels sits by the cake, along with party bags filled with all sorts of goodies for friends to have to help celebrate this special day. I know there is probably more I could do, but I hope that this helps you to celebrate such a special day because you deserve all of this and so much more!
