it DOES seem that way! my sister teased me all weekend b/c i am fanatical about the spf 70 sunscreen spray (there were hourly reapplications). People are always shocked to learn that i am 40 and i think the fact that i have not had a tan since 1986 has a lot to do with it!

I do live a very hard life here which I hope will come to an end soon. I'm a trauma survivor and I'm going through many changes that will set my life right side up at my age.

i am sorry to hear you are having a hard time but it sounds like you see a path out of it? i hope so. i am going through a similar process and i wish it wouldn't take so long! But i work every day on accepting that there is no shortcut
