Incubus...my son is rather prone to tummy troubles (it runs in the family)...and we swear by the BRAT diet when he's having issues. That's Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast....some of the easiest things to digest. Hope you start feeling better soon.
You like to spoil us, don't you Jo? Sheesh with all the good food here, one never knows what to choose! I like the BRAT diet ~ think thats something I'll have to remember for when anyone around here has those problems

If you take a piece of Ginger Root and cut some up and steep it in some water, you will have a nice ginger tea that will help settle your stomach quite nicely...

also wanted to let folks know that Catnip has a practical purpose for humans as well as kitties....Catnip is a natural muscle relaxant....so if you take a bit of your kitty's nip and steep it in some water..you will have a nice tea that will get rid of cramps..etc...I have used both and can attest to the miracle wonders of these natural remedies....
I've heard of the ginger tea thing but not the catnip ~ thanks for that tip

Would have rather had a croissant with butter and jam from DD..Gosh its so fucking boring here in NJ wish there was a beach nearby so I could go swim or do something. Someone from my class is suppose to call and we are suppose to study but its 2:37pm I'm not going out tonight no way if anything I'll go to a gay bar to have a drink!! Anyway, stay cool everyone!! see ya later

WEll had a nice day after all took the dogs to the dog park and talked to a nice lady who had a pug dog!! The dogs had a blast and it was fun seeing them frolic in the park. Even my older dog was playing with all the kids in the park and the ball. What is everyone doing tonight on a Sat nite?? Anybody??

Wotcha Kitcheneers

It's very late for me - 12.40am - and I've just arrived back home and changed into my scruffs after helping a good friend celebrate hys birthday in Manchester. Sparkle weekend was wonderful and everyone had such a fantastic time. Big up to Dutchy-boi who's birthday it was and who had the very good grace to walk me to the train station - quite un-necessarily but it was nice anyway.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend

Manchester is the North West lips, but just about South of where I am in Blackpool. We do have really quite a good public transport system here dependent on where you live. I have it good here. Good job really because I'm not a driver - I;m all for green cycling power but Mancs. is just a little too far to cycle nowadays (once upon a time it was easy!)
How goes your weekend lips?
