howdy everyone
Jo..yeah, vacations go by to fast. Jo and Scoote, good luck to ya both on the house, moving...etc etc. I recently ( well, was year or so ) was sellin my house thru a short sale. i got lucky i think. it went quick compared to others. but, it had been on the market for sale for 2 years. was still in move in condition..etc etc. the bank gave me one hella break.
