Hi All,

I just found this thread and am glad I did. I am a heavy guy, and am working on loosing weight. I have lost a bit of weight, and am still working on it. It is a daily struggle for me.

I have Diabetes, and & other major health issues so I'm concerned about my weight. I have started walking when I golf, and walk up and down the stairs, and walk Dino Martini, my mini pin dog.

Rather he has been walking me with this cold weather moving in.
