Organic and I have been doing pretty well the past couple of days.

Woke up and went right into an hour of Yin yoga. I swear that must be THE best way to wake up (okay...maybe not THE best, but close).

All Gumby-like and jello feeling now.

Tonight: Kundalini yoga!!!
