I think I will eat again today. How predictable.
The cats are hungry again today. Always predictable. Wash hair and spend 10 minutes combing it out. It is very long and curly. And the most mundane of all go for a walk.

I walk two miles a day five times a week now.
Spend time looking in the mirror in the now loose clothing Went to a flea market and purchased two books and 5 Haas avacados for $1.34 Make guacamole lots of it.
