So far.....2 cups of coffee, 4 Advil and an ice pack. But I foresee a couple of whole wheat English muffins with peanut butter in my future!

An apple smeared with chunky peanut butter and the guts of 2 cherry poptarts.

Organic had 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter.

I did wave at the donut display at the Tiger Mart on 2nd Avenue when we stopped to get a drink after riding yesterday!! But I better stick with the plan and have some oatmeal along with the coffee, Advil and another ice pack!

Red River cereal (with dried cranberries mixed in) - add a little bit of honey and some milk - soooo tasty.
And afterwards I'll have some goji/raspberry tea.

During the week, I have the same thing every day. A chocolate instant breakfast made with 2% milk. It's perfect and keeps me going until lunch.
