Thank you to Ashton for having the potluck today. I really love the drive out to Lockhart. It's nice to get out into the country every now and again. That deck is something else, Mr. Christie!

Really fun hanging out with the boys.

I got treated like a princess...well, not really but you know what I mean.

Wil, your sweet potato pie was NUMMY. Thanks so much for going to the trouble of baking. And ash, thanks for the delicious BBQ!

Eshe, as always, you make me laugh until my sides hurt. Thanks for doing that again tonight.

This place is tiny....only 5 pedi stations....but OMG it is THE best pedi I have ever had!!! Seriously! They take reservations, too, FYI.

If You like Chinese food, we found a new place:

First China
3305 S. Lamar (just south of Manchaca/in a strip mall with Dog Almighty, also a good place!)

Pretty good Chinese food if You like typical, Americanized Chinese. The hot & sour soup is wonderful, the food is fresh. And they had a good sized room of tables in back of where we sat that would hold the Austin crowd someday....prices are reasonable. My bill was around $12.
