I really don't like being on the receiving end of someone's crankiness, abruptness or just plain nasty rudeness. And when it is brought to their attention later they apologize and blame it on being tired, not feeling well or some other reason. Especially because they do not receive this treatment from me when I am feeling similarly. This is getting very old, very fast and is trying my patience.
