Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes and to The Snowy One for starting this thread.....

I had to work on My birthday..... with a partner less than half my age..... It was not a bad shift actually. I only relocated three people to area hospitals.

After work, I celebrated my birthday by doing a 1 mile Fun Run to benefit a fallen police officer. That was even funnier actually. I had my best time in the mile run in years, (7:40) but as I'm trucking along on the route that this wonderful run took me, I get passed up by an old man on the back stretch of this run! I looked at him and laughed at myself.... until I thought, "Hey! he cant do that!!!! I'm younger than him!" About that time, Joan Jett "Bad Reputation" came on my little MP3 player thingy and I kicked it into high gear.... still got beat by the tall old man with the really long legs, but it was fun and for a good cause.

I really miss everyone here..... Maybe I shall start posting again soon....
