Lately I just feel so alone, though I am on this site and I do talk to some people its only every now and then, I miss having someone to text during the day ask how they are doing and such.... when I do text people I feel I am a burden so I just dont do it. I have my dog bella but it' not the same and I can only crochet so many blankets for no one I have like 5 blankets and not a soul to give them to.

Well, if you are feeling like texting friends or other folks is being "burdensome" maybe just make sure that whatever energy you put out there in the text is positive - even if you have to scrounge up the positive energy to create the message. Folks shy away from us when we're hurt, like they are afraid it's a permanent condition or (gasp) contagious! I think that is natural self-protection for some people.

And, with winter coming? I think that your heart may feel good donating your blankies to some agency who needs them. Last year we rounded some up for a local senior center. I haven't crocheted in YEARS but it felt nice knowing where it went! Putting love out into the universe doesn't have to be limited to a partner and I firmly believe that love in ANY form comes back to us...

I think one of the hardest things for me to get used to on a day-to-day basis is what to do with all of the time I have on my hands - now that I'm not taking care of another person. It doesn't work for me, even if it is easiest.

All I do is text hello. I have been alittle depressed lately from what has happen to me, which I will never forgive this person. But I truly want to get out of this depression and be happy again, make new friends grow from my experience and maybe find someone who will love me for me and not expect me to change.

Hmmm.. perhaps HELLO doesn't tell the person anything and your mood is what is making you feel like a burden.

How about try "Hello, I was thinking about you just now... when you have time, let's get together and xxx" fill in xxx with something you like to do OUTSIDE of your home. Get outside!!!!

good morning and happy humpday to all the singles, its a beautiful crear crisp morning here. i think ill pull out my leathers,fire up the harley and ride up to grand canyon south rim and just kick around today.. forget all the responsable stuff and just enjoy the day.
