We are back to work full-time after being on a 32 hour schedule for 8 months....what I lost in pay, I gained in time with my Mom while she was dying.
I work in Aerospace Manufacturing; we were one of the last to feel the effects when the economy took a hit, and we are already running at full steam and hiring people at a time when most industries are still struggling..... I feel very blessed. Good luck to all of you in your searches
