They start driving faster when all you want to do is merge!!!! I should also mention that I am an excellent merger...I increase speed and am ready to get in and out of someone's way!

French Quarter drivers assume they only have to roll thru the STOP signs..
I know there is one on every short block and it's annoying but you STILL have to STOP.

when I am in the right hand turn lane starting my turn ,and someone comes from the far left and pulls right in front of me and almost cause a collision !! That happens alot close to the border ! Girrr !
