I think That House is pretty hard on plumbing innards, Wolfy. The kitchen sink drain leaks again too, even though the last plumbers completely replaced the whole assembly. I'm not amused, yanno? We're still on the city's list for emergency repair money but I have no idea where on the list, or if we'll see that money this year. *shrugs* Just one of those things.
