Hi kats,
Thank you for the kind words. The experiment you speak of sounds interesting. I was sitting here trying to think if I had ever tried that before.. even with basic sketching, and I have not. I am also surprised given I have taken Art in school and college none of My professors and/or teachers ever had us try this method. It totally makes sense.. given the reasoning you shared. Anything done over and over.. we are bound to miss something, indeed. For one because we never see the true "big picture". That is why when I sketch, paint, etc.. I always stand back a million times and try to see it in "full view". I also go through ALOT of paper. laughs. I hate to think how much of that I have thrown away over the years.. just because 'one' thing was off. It is also the reason it takes Me forever to finish a project.. I think I could give it a shot.. so are we talking..just a basic sketch of something simple to start out with? ALSO.. this is NOT in any way getting Zimmy out of doing the 3-point drawing.. if she decides to participate. laughs. Quote:
