Good evening everyone
 I'm a little sunburned and yawning...a fun day at the field trip, but I'm tired. Who knew that keeping track of 7 teenagers in a crowd of hundreds and hundreds of school kids could be so tiring? An interesting twist...the last Civil War reenactment I went to was in NY state...and suffice to say that the FL version had a different perspective. They did a really good job...very educational and the kids (and I) learned a lot. Think we're all tired from a long week though...came home with the Rooster and discovered that the Prince had fallen asleep. Feel like I could doze off myself, but I'll sit up and wait for my sweetie to get home. She's not feeling good at all, and Friday is always a long day for her. Tomorrow's her birthday (make sure you stop in on her birthday thread )....and I'm not sure what we're doing yet...other than me baking a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.
