I would try walking at the Y. warm up your body and go slow. OR try yoga or even just dancing around your house while listening to fun music. Let your body heal but try to let it know you are ready for the healing by pushing it a bit more everyday. it is amazing what you can do when you think you can !!! Goodluck feeling better.
