All I can say is......
Lucy Tested.
 Lucy Approved. I used crunchy PB, but followed the recipe. This recipe made 40 2 1/2" 'bone'-shapped cookies....yeah, I just happened to have bone-shaped cookie cutters lyin' around...  It's an easy knead ~ not a lot of energy taken there. Maybe turn it over 10-15 times. Roll~out's a cinch. I just used parchment paper. Cooled on a rack about 10-15 minutes then put them in a zip~lock bag. And Lucy does love them. They will be given at Christmas. I guess NOW she's gonna want her own apron. .gif "Say What?") |
