From Beaumont, Austin is about 3 1/2 to 4 hours... depending on traffic in Katy. But if you are driving up on a Saturday, you shouldn't have any problems at all. It's a really easy drive.

Thank you. I'm hoping cable dude gets here on time so I can't meet y'all. Heck yeah I would drive to meet y'all. That's one of the things I was looking forward to when I moved to Texas. Was the strong BFP family that is there.

Looking forward to this and many more gatherings.

Wow! Seems all roads lead to Austin these days...I too will be visiting your fair city in the very near future. A Newyawka in Texas...should be interesting, lol. Makes me feel like breaking into song...
