I started my research paper on financial versus non-financial incentives and how it affects organizational behavior.
I tackled a project I've been avoiding at work and it wasn't that bad. Survived a 2 1/2 hour long meeting (by working on my paper). Made a yummy dinner and starting packing for my work trip! At least I'll be able to get a ton of writing done from my hotel this week.
