A year or so later, when my sons had decided to grieve the loss of their Dad by running away and constantly getting in to trouble with the law, I realized I WAS still alive and I had lots of stuff I needed to take care of, so I adopted this as my personal "motto" song. It still motivates me - and it is also a great "recovering from a break-up" song. Good for this particular moment too - I've been sad all night - time to kick myself in the butt and get on up out of the dumps.
Smooches, y'all, Keri |
