This is my special affirmation..that is really not an affirmation

A conversion disorder is when a person experience blindness, paralysis or some other neurological impairment that can't be explained by physiologic cause (all of the sudden your hand won't work). I am going to go deaf so I don't have to hear any more of the B.S. : )

Today I will let go of all the worries that rustle around in my mind and crowd out my creative, joyful self. I know those worries must be attended to, but not today. For today, I will let my mind and body relax and I will simply let go. I cannot wait to see and feel what wonderful ideas replace that void.

We are a microcosm of the universe. Atoms and other particles, bouncing off one another, reforming, regrouping, making new.

I am part of the whole. We are not here in isolation. I will not take care of myself to the exclusion of others, unless doing so is detrimental to either's well-being.
