Lunch: What's on the menu?

I had a lo carb tortilla roll-up with basil and tomato hummus, uncured black forest ham and Monterrey jalapeno cheese.

My fat intake has been a bit low these days, so I figured I'd consciously try to up it today. Want it to at least be around 20% of my total diet. Anyway, with that in mind I had quite a big lunch:

1 lemon herb chicken breast
1 chicken breast parmagiana
Slightly less than half a cup of my favourite couscous salad (tomatoes and chickpeas included).

20 grams of fat and 70 grams of protein in one go. Yay me

More of a brunch, really: 3 pieces of turkey bacon and cinnamon swirl high fiber oatmeal with raisins and skim milk.

I am having a Spinach salad with feta and ginger dressing and a cameo apple (my favoirte apples)
