My incense and devotional candles are burning.  I am praying and chanting for those who are grieving. I so know that pain of loss. I am praying for those who are living without food, shelter, clothing, medical care, schooling, and what for most take for granite on a daily basis. I pray for world peace, abuse and violence to end, and for love to build all of us up. I pray for wars to stop. I pray for myself to be more forgiving to others. I need to find that grace within myself. |

Lighting a candle for my Sweetie's four-year old cousin Vivi. She's having surgery today in Boston to remove a portion of her temporal lobe in hopes that it will help control the massive, uncontrolable seizures she's been having. Thinking of her, her parents and grandparents and her two sisters.

Vivi is out of surgery and has been resting comfortably in ICU all evening. She recognized her parents and was able to say "Mommy" and "Daddy". They were able to remove the two centres that were non-stop seizure activity. One other they had to leave, but are hopeful that it will respond to medication.
Thanks everyone for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers. Hoping this surgery will enable her to live a normal life. Sue
