Lunch: What's on the menu?

i was at work during lunch...but i took time to make a salad. spring mix tossed in a maple vinegarette with toasted pine nuts and pistachios. topped with a warm goat cheese disc breaded with japanese bread crumbs. it was awesome...and it looked sexy too.

We had a picnic lunch at el dorado park in lb ca. Cheese, crackers,grapes, kisses...what a nice afternoon!
