The correct name is Smart Balance, and it has 3g of sugar per serving, and that isn't refined sugar but cane sugar and molasses. The best part is that there are 0g of trans fatty acids, and it provides 320mg of omega-3 ALA.

Liam, when you say the "correct name", are you saying that Jif makes the Smart Balance. I know that there is a Smart Balance butter spread of some sort. Does it taste like Jif?

In my original post, I called Smart Balance, Healthy Balance. No, I'm not saying Jif makes Smart Balance, and no, it doesn't take like Jif to me—it tastes better.
