The most amazing lunch: at L'Orange Bleue in Soho, arugula greens very well dressed in a Dijon mustard vinaigrette, hanger steak rare - and miracle of miracles, really rare - sliced on a bed of very hot sautéed garlic yukon gold potatoes, with a garnish of onion marmelade, and tapenade laced with harissa! It was perfection! I had a pastis beforehand, and an espresso afterwards, and felt well fortified for an afternoon of shopping!
