today - i will look for the positives and continue to make healthy choices for me, as it's day four of my journey of 'self'.. i will look for the reasons to feel worthy of these changes and start on the road to improving my self esteem..one piece at a time..

Knowing that 98% of our DNA is identical to a monkey, I realized I have taken things for granted . From this second on, I will do everything to protect and preserve that other 2%. Because frankly, I don't want to die just some old monkey

Today I have decided to take 2 days at a time. So when I get off work today it will be the weekend already! I don't know what took me so long to choose this option in life. All those people with enormous problems trying to remember to take 1 day at a time. No wonder their lives are riddled with despair. Next week I plan on taking 5 days at a time. That way Sunday evening will end and it will be Saturday again.
I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it people like me.
