I steamed a bag of frozen veggies for me with a small peice of steak and 1 dinner roll,sonny boy had the rest of the steak with rice and gravy 3 dinner rolls.Going to eat lite tonight...I think.

My Brunch was an awesome Strata that my Love made that had Maple Bacon and Maple sausage, apples and sourdough bread....its like a breakfast bread pudding and I inhaled it...its going on our rotation list of things to def make again....lol

Today was more like brunch since I got home from work at 10:30am

I sliced a banana and fried it in a mixture of butter, vanilla and cinnamon, then I drizzled it over pancakes with maple syrup

I didn't know if I should post this in the breakfast or lunch thread so I picked this one...

Champagne Brunch! Complete with mimosas and berry sangria and a string quartet! It was a "Mother's Day" brunch (a few days late but still such a sweet thing to do!) and I loved it!

It was sooo good!
