Good evening everyone!
The Rooster's bus got in late/early this morning....so he and I walked in the door at 3 a.m. .gif "Say What?") He had a great time at Gradventure and came home with a new wand from the wand shop near Hogwarts, a light-up t-shirt from The Matrix and a scratchy throat from lots of yelling and laughing. Kitties woke me up at 8, then again at 9.....Rooster slept until 11...then Scoote and I headed out...plant show at the extemsion office where she got me a huge bromeliad, a beautiful lemon yellow orchid and a cool pot of assorted cactus, got something to eat, did some clothes shopping for the Bahamas (found her 3 silk shirts for about $10 each...woot!)....nice clothes for the award dinner for her, new bathing suit and sandals for me... Picked up some late lunch/early dinner for the boys from Outback, and now we're crashed on the couch....sleepy house.  Hope you're all having a great Saturday!

 The coffee is on and I baked us some pumpkin bread... It made the kitchen smell wonderful. I'd stick around and visit, but Scoote is telling me that I need to go get in the shower so we can go to breakfast. Have a great day!

Good morning everyone
and Happy Monday!I thought we all needed a healthy breakfast to see Zimmy off to her first day of work at the new job...  We want to hear all about it when you get home! Haven't seen our friend Jake much lately....so maybe I can tempt hym back with this...  We had a busy day yesterday....breakfast out, Home Depot for a variety of yard stuff, and then to the movies to see Bridesmaids. Very cute! I had expected hysterically funny, based on what a co-worker said, and I wouldn't go quite that far...but I enjoyed it, and I laughed (and I had Raisenets).  Scoote is still and I'm working on getting up to speed for my week. Heading out for a little bit this afternoon for Rooster's Honor Roll presentation at school  ....and need to get my car back in at some point...now my left turn signal is kaput!
