Turkey Hill Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey (Or, if I MUST drink water...then Spring Water with Lemon)
Frosted Cheerios Fresh Fruit & Veggies of any kind (especially garden fresh tomatoes, melon and blueberries or blackberries) enough non-luxury food to keep my body going... cream of mushroom soup and toasted wheat bread for those "comfort food days" LOTS of Cortisone and other necessary Lupus meds Camping Gear and Tent equipment/material to make a fire when I need to/want to Fresh mountain air (Being raised by my Great Gramma, Staples for my life and pantry holds a much different meaning to me than it would my son because of his 1990-2000 generational differences.... I'm thinking of many staples in my life that I don't take for granted and MUST have to live a humble life.... I'm recalling when I lived on a VERY limited income while raising my son, that certain food staples were hard to come by because of cost, so we could only afford processed foods or cheap mac-n-cheese...we hardly bought fresh veggies or fruit.... I'm fondly recalling many Staples in my Gramma's pantry that I now use as comfort foods...) |
