The extreme degree of male privilege at work. It makes me SICK.
I have only had two employers (talking full time work as an adult). The first one I was at for 12 years and it really was about one's quality of work, there. This job, after 5 years, I STILL get blown away by the privilege. Why, I don't know...'cause it is nonprofit mental health maybe? I expect more I suppose. What the hell? It sucks. I can't wait for the current chairman to retire. I believe that will help some. The misogyny is palatable at this place.
