I am thankful that I am under control....real control of my BPD. I have learned the signs, and when I began to slip into an episode this morning I was able to stop with minimal damage done.
I don't have delusions that I am "ok", but I know that I have the tools to live "ok" with my BPD. For THAT I am really very thankful. |

Thankful for my job.
Thankful for having great health, never feeling my age. Still feel like I'm 18. Thankful I live in Oklahoma. Oklahoma has been good to me. Thankful for all my fun toys, and friends to share them with. Thankful for the wise choices I make . I love my life and I wouldn't want to be anyone else.

I'm thankful for a roommate that can safely and quickly navigate the wet country roads to get me home fast (without hitting any deer) when I wasn't feeling well.
