I usually have a couple of cups pof coffee when I wake up, a cup at 9:30 or 10 at work, a cup after lunch and if I am sleepy a cup at 2.
In the evenings I try to go decaf. I drinks at least 8 glasses of water a day. and I am happiest with 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I also enjoy floating in the pool!
